1. Who we are
Raitha365 ("we", "us") designs and builds polyhouses, net houses, irrigation systems and allied farming structures. We are based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
2. Information we collect
We only collect the details you choose to give us, for example when you fill in a consultation form, call us, email us or message us on WhatsApp. This can include:
- Your name and mobile number
- Your village, town or district
- The solution you are interested in
- Any message you add, such as land size or the crop you plan to grow
Our website does not ask for payment details, Aadhaar numbers or passwords.
3. How our forms work
When you submit a consultation form, your details are not stored on our website. Instead, WhatsApp opens with your details already typed in. Your information is only sent to us when you press Send in WhatsApp.
WhatsApp is run by WhatsApp LLC (part of Meta). Messages you send through it are also covered by WhatsApp's own privacy policy.
4. How we use your information
We use your details only to:
- Reply to your enquiry and arrange a call or site visit
- Prepare a quote and plan your project
- Guide you on subsidy applications, if you ask us to
- Provide after-sales and crop support
We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
5. Sharing your information
We share your details only when it is needed to serve you, for example with our installation team or, with your permission, with government departments when helping you apply for a subsidy. We may also share information if the law requires it.
6. Cookies and third-party content
Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Some photos are loaded from Unsplash and Pexels, the map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps, and the site is hosted on Vercel. These services may receive basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type when the page loads.
7. How long we keep information
We keep enquiry and project details for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.
8. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have shared with us, or withdraw your consent. To do this, contact us using the details below.
